God is Spirit (Genesis 1:1; John 1:1-18; 6:63), for believers and followers of Jesus's teaching, God is a spiritual stronghold for them:"The LORD is my light and my salvation-whom shall I fear?.The LORD is the stronghold of my life-of whom shall I be affraid?...."(Psalm 27:1-14; Jeremiah 16:19-21).

We have to test the spirits to see whether they are from God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world.(1John 4:1-6).

For every believer and follower of Jesus's teaching, has a spiritual fellowship with the Holy Spirit (John 17:1-26)
