How can we best make prayer requests to God for ourselves or on behalf of others?

Philippians 4:6

KJV - 6 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.

Philippians 4:5 "The Lord is near. Never worry about anything; but tell God all your desires of every kind in prayer and petition shot through with gratitude, and the peace of God which is beyond our understanding will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Finally, brothers, let your minds be filled with everything that is true, everything that is honorable, everything that is upright and pure, everything that we love and admire - with whatever is good and praiseworthy......Then the God of peace will be with you."

Notice there are seven attitudes here: fill your mind with true things, honorable things upright and pure things, love and knowledge of God. Be full of Praise for God! Trust Him. Be grateful. Be thankful.

Know that He always answers. It may not be what we desire - but it ALWAYS be the absolute best resolution.

Give Him your request, then leave it at the Throne of Grace, and DO NOT WORRY! You will receive God's peace, which is beyond all peace imaginable.

Pray always and everywhere, about everything. Be a Warrior. If He says yes,or no, or wait, know it is The Answer! Pray On! Always pray in the name of Jesus. He is our intercession and the Holy Spirit is our advocate when we can't find the words.
