It is believed by creation scientists that an animal such as a brontasaurus was still living in the forests of Yorkshire and Cumbria, England as late as the fourteenth century. In the Carlisle Cathedral the body of Bishop John Bell is interred. Around his tomb is a brass frieze with etchings of such a sauropod all around the edge of the tomb. North Yorkshire is honeycombed with potholes, and in these have been found the remains of large bears, lions, even Rhinosaurus. Some remains have not been identified. It is believed that many of the animals hid in these caves and perished during the world wide flood during Noah's salvation on the Ark.
