Yes. Jeremiah 3:8 NASBS says: And I saw that for all the adulteries of faithless Israel, I had sent her away and given her a writ of divorce, yet her treacherous sister Judah did not fear; but she went and was a harlot also. Here God has divorced Israel but in Revelation 19:7 NASBS it says: Let us rejoice and be glad and give the glory to Him, for the marriage of the Lamb has come and His bride has made herself ready." In the end Jesus, God the son remarries Israel. This marriage is going to last a long long time. If God is going to make a second marriage work man should have a chance of doing the same. Jesus said Moses gave Israel the laws for divorce because of man's hard heart. Then instead of answering the question Jesus tells how in the beginning it was not that way. God gave the laws of divorce because he knew man's heart.
