All the three persons God the Father, son and Holy Spirit in ONE God are all co-equal.

The seven oneness factors listed in Ephesians 4:4-6 are generally taken as the basis for Christian unity. "One body... one SPIRIT... one hope... one Lord... one faith... one baptism... one God and Father." because we have received the Holy Spirit of sonship when we born again(Rom. 8:14-16) and have Him in a measure when converted (Rom. 8:9).

Father and Jesus are in Heaven physically. Jesus is seated at the Father’s right hand in Heaven. However Holy Spirit in all His personality is here on earth physically ever since He came down on the day of Pentecost

One of the attributes of Holy Spirit that admire is His Infiniteness: in presence (1Ki. 8:27); power (Mt. 28:18); acts (Mt. 19:26); in time (Dt. 33:27; Ps. 90:2; Isa. 57:15); knowledge (Rom. 11:33); and in greatness (Ps. 145:3).

That means Holy Spirit indwells in the body of every born-again believer simultaneously or concurrently. He is also knowing the hearts
(Omniscience) of 7+billion people on earth at the same time (in parallel) (Rom. 11:33).

All the three persons are Omnipresent (not omnibody, 1Ki. 8:27; Ps. 139:7-12). Presence is not governed by physical contact, but by knowledge and relationship (Mt. 18:20; 28:20; cp. 1Cor. 5:3-4). God's body is not omnipresent, for it is only at one place at one time like others (Gen. 3:8; 11:5; 18:1-8, 33; 19:24; 32:24-32), but His presence can be realized any place where men know Him and seek Him (Mt. 18:20).

David knew the attribute of God very well as he expounded that "I ascend up into heaven, thou art there: if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there"

Three realms God operates simultaneously in:
1. Heaven (Ps. 139:8)
2. Hell (Ps. 139:8)
3. Earth (Ps. 139:9-12)

In what sense God is in hell too? In the same sense that His presence is everywhere. His personal body is not in hell and never has been there except to create it (Mt. 25:41), as far as we know. Christ went to Sheol during the three days and three nights His body was in the tomb (Ps. 16:10; Mt. 12:40; Acts. 2:25-32 Eph. 4:8-10 1Pet. 3:19). Though God's personal body is only at one place at a time, His presence is felt in all parts of the universe. No man can escape His presence even though he cannot see God's body due to the distance from earth to heaven where He dwells

Being both fully God as one of the three Persons of the Trinity, and also always having been purely spirit in nature, the Holy Spirit is an eternal Being with all the attributes of God (including omnipresence, or the ability to be everywhere at once). He has never been bound by constraints of time or space (unlike Jesus during His incarnation, prior to His resurrection and His subsequent ascension). He can therefore indwell all believers in Christ simultaneously, wherever they may be.
