Speaking as a non-Muslim, my understanding is that Muslims believe that Moses' prophecy in Deuteronomy 18:15-19 of a future prophet like Moses whom God would raise up (which Christians regard as having been fulfilled by Jesus, as noted by Peter in Acts 3:22-23) instead was in reference to the coming of Muhammad. Muslims also interpret Jesus' reference in John 16:7-11 to the coming of "the Counselor" (which Christians regard as referring to the Holy Spirit) as a prophecy pertaining to Muhammad. (This relates to Islam's rejection of the Christian concept of God as existing in three Persons.) Finally, the original Hebrew text of Song of Solomon 5:16 contains a Hebrew word (Anglicized as "machamad") that comes from the same root as the name Muhammad, and which the English Bible translates as "lovely". However, the word as used in the verse is a plural adjective, rather than being a reference to, or the name of, one individual person.
