How did Noah and his family take care of all the animals on the ark?
For example, how did they make sure the animals were fed, watered, bedded etc. and their waste products disposed of?

They looked them over and picked out wives for themselves. 3 Then God said, "I'm not going to breathe life into men and women endlessly. There didn't need to be two dogs, two wolves, two dingoes, two coyotes, or two jackals, because all of them are of the same "kind of animal", in other words they can all breed with one another. This is true for all of the other kinds of animals also. In addition the size of the average animal on the ark would have been about the same as a house cat. Christian scientists believe that there would have been about 7000 kinds of land animals and flying creatures on the ark. Animals that live in water of course didn't need to be on the ark! As far as feeding them some animals already had the ability to hibernate for long periods of time, so perhaps God had all of them hibernate until the earth could support them. Remember God is absolutely sovereign over absolutely everything. The ark was 450 feet long which is 1 and 1/2 times the length of a football field. It was 75 feet wide and 45 feet tall which means it had the volume of 2.21 million cubic feet!

I wondered this for quite some time too. Then two years ago I took a class trip with my my then 8th grade son. The Ark Encounter was on of the places we visited. Just like the Creation Museum, I was able to look at things from a different perspective. How did Noah and his family take care of all the animals on the Ark? Genesis 6: 21-22: "'And take thou unto thee of all food that is eaten, and gather it to thee; and it shall be for food for thee, and for them.' 22 Thus did Noah; according to all that God commanded him, so did he." It must have been an unforgettable sight. From the horizon they streamed in by the thousands—walking, flying, crawling, waddling, lumbering—all in an astonishing variety of sizes, shapes, and dispositions. We need not imagine poor Noah trying to corral, wrangle, or somehow cajole all those wild animals into entering the confined space of the Ark. The account says that "they went in... to Noah inside the ark."—Gen. 7:9. Some skeptics might ask: 'How could such a thing happen? And how could all those animals coexist peacefully in a confined space?' Consider: Is it really beyond the power of the Creator of the entire universe to control his animal creations, even render them tame and docile if needed? Remember, the God who created the animals led them into the Ark. Sea creatures did not need to be in the Ark. How did Noah and his family take care of the animals on the Ark? This indicates divine ordering and divine provision. The same God who sent the animals could sustain them. God preserved the life of every creature inside the Ark. The text emphasises that God was the one who ensured survival: Genesis 7:15–16 — The animals entered, and “the LORD shut him in." This act shows God taking responsibility for preserving all inside. Noah and his family obeyed God's instructions. The only human role Scripture explicitly mentions is obedience: Genesis 7:5 — "Noah did all that the LORD commanded him." The Bible does not describe feeding schedules, waste management, or daily routines. It simply states that Noah followed God's commands, and God preserved life. A Scriptural Conclusion God provided the instructions. God brought the animals. God ensured their preservation. Noah and his family obeyed everything God said. Scripture does not give operational details. It presents the animals' survival as an act of divine provision carried out through Noah's obedience.
