I have not had any exposure to those specific terms with respect to whatever established meaning they may currently have from an academic or scientific standpoint, but, just from the perspective of my own opinion, I would say that godly psychology would blend scientific study of the mind and emotions (from disciplines such as biology, physiology, or medicine) with information or insights about those areas contained in the Bible, which would extend to the spiritual or supernatural, including considerations of morality, as well as the involvement of God, in the treatment of mental, emotional, or psychological conditions.

Ungodly psychology, by contrast, would deal only with scientific (biological, physiological, or medical) information or data, and would not involve consideration or involvement of any supernatural or divine aspects or revealed information in addressing psychological conditions, and might perhaps even specifically reject the applicability of that information to psychological treatment.
