To my knowledge, the verse cited in the question is the only verse that speaks of Samson having brothers. This indicates to me that Samson's father apparently had more than one wife, because the Bible does not mention Samson's mother (who had been barren prior to conceiving Samson, as indicated in Judges 13:2) as having had any children other than Samson.

The Bible also does not mention how many brothers (or sisters) (who would have actually been half-brothers or half-sisters) Samson might have had, or what their names were.

I saw the excellent movie, "Samson," and in it, Samson has a brother, Caleb. Caleb serves as a moral compass for Samson throughout the film. Samson's brother, Caleb, continually encourages and reminds him of his purpose in an attempt to keep him focused on his life’s mission.

A bit of a stretch? The Bible nowhere names this brother. Or the other brother or brothers for that matter. God tells us only in this verse that he had "brothers." (Judges 16:31)
