My internet search on the topic "prayers for government leaders" produced millions of results, among just the first page of which I found the following example that makes reference to specific Scriptural passages (primarily from Proverbs): https://www.prayerideas.org/prayer-for-government-leaders-using-scripture/ I'm sure there would be multiple other similar sites among the leading responses to such a search.
My first prayer for government leaders, e.g. Vice President Kamala Harris, is for her salvation (Acts 16:14; Luke 24:45). Then, help her to accept wise counsel (Proverbs 11:14; 15:22). Further, teach Vice President Kamala Harris to trust in You. Psalm 21:7. Fourth, protect President Joe Biden & his wife, Jill, and their children, Beau Biden, Hunter Biden, and Ashley Biden from the influence of the evil one (2 Th 3:3 and John 17:15 are for believers, so pray that they all might get saved). Give Vice President Kamala Harris, after she gets saved, discretion, foresight, and understanding in making decisions (1 Chronicles 22:12). Please pray for Vice President Kamala Harris, that God would deliver her from opinions contrary to His Word (Psalm 119:105). Guard Vice President Kamala Harris from harm, and bless and protect her family (Psalm 21:11; Ezra 6:10). Enable Wisconsin Representable Tyler August with salvation, and then to carry out his duties with humility toward You, God, and toward others. 1 Peter 5:5 Give President Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris the courage to do the right thing even when urged to do the wrong thing. Proverbs 2:11-15. (after they get saved).
Here are some practical examples to pray for our leaders from the scriptures. Pray for Godly Wisdom We pray that the consciences of our leaders will be able to testify that they have conducted themselves in the world, and especially in their relations with us citizens, with integrity and godly sincerity. We pray that they will do so, relying not on worldly wisdom but on God's grace. (1 Corinthians 1:12) Pray for peace We lift up petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving for all our leaders and everyone in authority. We pray that peace would prevail in every relationship - between countries, ethnic groups, religious groups, political groups, business groups, labour groups, etc. - so we can all live quiet lives in all godliness and holiness, because this is good and pleases God our Savior. (1 Timothy 2:1-3) Pray for Compassion and Humility We pray that our leaders will be encouraged by our support and the unity of our shared values. We pray they will exhibit tenderness and compassion for those who are suffering and their actions will demonstrate love. We pray they will do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, we pray that, in humility they will value others above themselves, and not look only to their own interests but also to the interests of all citizens. (Philippians 2:1-4) Pray for Justice We pray that the laws and policies developed and administered by our leaders will bring justice to our society, eliminating bias, prejudice, discrimination and racism, by treating all people as one nation under God (Colossians 3:11). Pray for Righteousness We pray that God would put to death the sinful desires of our leaders: sexual immorality, impurity, lust, greed, anger, rage, malice, slander, filthy language and lies. We pray the Holy Spirit would develop the character of our leaders to exhibit compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, patience, and a willingness to forgive others. Over all these virtues, we pray our leaders would put on love which binds them all together in perfect unity. (Colossians 3: 5,8,9,12-14)
