You asked how do you keep from going to hell? The scripture used in Matthew 25:41 was to a place where Satan and his angels will be. Matthew 25:41: Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels. The everlasting fire is the lake of fire and not hell itself. Revelation 20:14: And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. 15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire. We see here He’ll is cast into the lake of fire. Hell is reserved for those who have rejected God’s word. The Apostle wrote the following: 2 Peter 2 21: For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, after they have known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them. 22 But it is happened unto them according to the true proverb, "The dog is turned to his own vomit again; and the sow that was washed to her wallowing in the mire. "And as you read, Hell is delivered up to be judged, then they suffer what is called the second death. Revelation 20:14: And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. Hell and the lake of fire is two different places.
