Can you go to Heaven or Hell and then come back to the living? Impossible! In the parable of "The Rich man and Lazarus", Jesus expounded TRUTH that the RICH MAN wanted to be a PREACHER to his 5 brothers who is in the earth if he is given a second chance. HIS REQUEST WAS DENIED... In the same way, it is impossible make out of body experience, innerman visiting HEAVEN or HELL is IMPOSSIBLE. The false preachers QUOTE Paul was taken to heaven. (2Cor 4:11) Yes, Paul was taken to third Heaven when he was STONED to death (martyred) - Acts 14:19. But Paul did NOT talk about it immediately. Paul open his mouth bout his death and visitation to Heaven only 14 years later. There are ONLY 10 resurrections in the Bible. These 10 folks are exceptional to taste the death twice. No further resurrection is possible.
I can think of 2 POSSIBLE examples. Elisha, the prophet, when he told his servant, Gehazi, how he (Elisha) knew something about Gehazi and Naaman when he (Elisha) wasn't even there: 2 Kings 5:26 But Elisha said to him, "Was not my spirit with you when the man got down from his chariot to meet you? Is this the time to take money or to accept clothes-or olive groves and vineyards, or flocks and herds, or male and female slaves?” And the 2nd example is Jesus, who talked as if He had a similar out-of-body experience when he saw his future disciple, Nathanael, under a distant fig tree (John 1:48: "How do you know me?" Nathanael asked. Jesus answered, "I saw you while you were still under the fig tree before Philip called you.”) --Stephen M. Miller, Strange and Mysterious Stuff from the Bible
