My opinion: Since most workplaces frown on you walking around preaching the gospel on company time - aside from any legalities and such that may or may not exist in your locality... If you live yourself a godly life, and are respectable and honest, dignified and helpful, doing all the things that you should be doing to be a good example, someone may ask why you are always so happy, expectant of good things, upbeat, etc. Now you can give a quick answer that opens the door for them to ask for more. If they see you as a person not belittling others, gossiping, slandering, etc., and they like you - because they see you as someone they can trust - they will try to walk your way (at least around you). That's a seed. You don't have to be the one to harvest, but you should be planting seeds everywhere you go. I think the best thing is to not be the person with a "religious spirit" trying to thump the Bible on everybody, and telling them how they are all sinners and going to he'll. It may be true - but who is going to respond well to that? My $0.02...
