The passage that comes first to my mind is Isaiah 40:25-26:

"25 “To whom will you compare me?
Or who is my equal?” says the Holy One.
26 Lift up your eyes and look to the heavens:
Who created all these?
He who brings out the starry host one by one
and calls forth each of them by name.
Because of his great power and mighty strength,
not one of them is missing."

When we were kids, I remember some of my cousins, who in their family prayed before the evening meal, "God is great, God is good, and we thank Him for this food!"

'Greatness Of God' in the Bible is found in AT LEAST 2 passages:

Luke 9:43:
"And all were astonished at the glorious greatness of God. And as all wondered at all the things which Jesus did, he said to his disciples,..." [this was in the context of Jesus healing a boy with an unclean spirit, Luke 9:37-42]

Acts 10:46:
"For they heard them speaking in other languages and declaring the greatness of God. Then Peter responded,..." [and this was in the context of The Holy Spirit falling on the gentiles, Acts 10:44-48]

Also from my years in Bible Memory Association (BMA) --now SMF--Scripture Memory Fellowship-- at Scottsdale Bible Church in Scottsdale, Arizona, I learned Job 36:26:

“Behold, God is great, and we know him not, neither can the number of his years be searched out.” --King James Version (KJV)

This is GOD's inscrutable CHARACTER! Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised; and his greatness is unsearchable!

John Piper said in one of his sermons:

"The Greatness of God Is utterly relevant. It is utterly relevant for everything in life.
If we saw the greatness of God, we would not be so greedy and covetous.
If we saw the greatness of God, our eyes wouldn't stray after lustful images and thoughts.
If we saw the greatness of God, we wouldn't get angry at our children so easily.
If we saw the greatness of God, we wouldn't pout and get hurt so easily in our marriages.
If we saw the greatness of God, we wouldn't worry about our looks so much.
If we saw the greatness of God, we wouldn't spend time watching mindless and sordid and defiling television programs. [John has no TV]
If we saw the greatness of God, we wouldn't get so discouraged with the evil and godlessness of our culture.
If we saw the greatness of God, we wouldn't give in to our appetites and overeat in boredom and depression."

In 1715 King Louis XIV of France died after a reign of 72 years. He had called himself “the Great,” and was the monarch who made the famous statement, “I am the state!” His court was the most magnificent in Europe, and his funeral was equally spectacular. As his body lay in state in a golden coffin, orders were given that the cathedral should be very dimly lit with only a special candle set above his coffin, to dramatize his greatness. At the memorial, thousands waited in hushed silence. Then Bishop Massilon began to speak; slowly reaching down, he snuffed out the candle and said, “Only God is great.”

Today in the Word, April, 1989.
