Is God saying it's a sin if you cause people to sin in Ezekiel 44:12?
AMP Because the priests ministered to them before their idols and became a stumbling block of sin to the house of Israel, therefore I have lifted up My hand and have sworn [an oath] against them,” says the Lord God, “that they shall bear the punishment for their sin and guilt.

The cited verse from Ezekiel pertained specifically to the Levites (Israel's priestly tribe), who had a special responsibility to spiritually lead Israel both in the conduct of their worship, and also by the personal example of the way they reflected their teachings through how they lived their lives. However, there are other passages (including words spoken by Jesus) that warn every believer not to be a "stumbling block" to others by causing or influencing them to sin, such as Mark 9:42, Romans 14, and 1 Corinthians 8.
