Isaiah 45:23 (NASB) "I have sworn by Myself, The word has gone forth from My mouth in righteousness And will not turn back, That to Me every knee will bow, every tongue will swear allegiance. Philippians 2:10-11 (NASB) 10 so that at the name of Jesus every knee will bow, of those who are in heaven and on earth and under the earth, 11 and that every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

I believe both of these verses in context are making the point that it is our most high God that is to be exalted, as there is no other god (Isaiah 45:20-23). Paul states His name is 'above all other names' in Phil 2:9. These verses do not indicate that all will be saved, but that those who are will only be so through the one true God... and no other 'god' or 'name'. Also, when Christ returns to earth, all true and living Jews will know at that time that Jesus Christ is in fact their Messiah. They, as a nation, will then accept Him. In contrast, Gentiles who did not believe while living will still some day be made aware of who Jesus Christ actually was/is. They will then understand their missed opportunity of having faith in Him. This understanding will be too late, as the requirement is to believe while alive, but they will certainly at their resurrection for the White Throne Judgement know who Jesus Christ is.
