Although many of the things listed in 1 Cor. 14 still happen in typical churches, most have become accustomed to a more structured practice. What we call Sunday School or small groups is actually closer to early practice. We treat singing and hearing messages as a "worship service", while the New Testament emphasizes community and the use of spiritual gifts in service to each other on a daily basis. Several would speak, not a prepared sermon but an insight or teaching. Certainly much good comes from modern practice, but many are realizing that the priorities are backwards, since it's quite possible to attend services for live and never really do what the early church did, and the apostles taught. I can't say that anything completely disappeared, but rather the more central things have been pushed to the side.
