The Father creates and sustains, provides commandments for human conduct, and makes salvation possible through the giving of His Son to save sinful humanity. The Son exhibits God's presence in human flesh, teaches through His preaching, and redeems through His sinless life, redemptive death, and subsequent resurrection. The Holy Spirit gives the gift of faith to believers, and works within them to make them progressively more Christlike throughout their earthly lives.
