Your question: Should adults act like children? (Mark 10:14-15) Mark 10:14-15: “But when Jesus saw it, he was much displeased, and said unto them, 'Suffer the little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God. Verily I say unto you, "Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child, he shall not enter therein."'' This verse is not talking about acting like little children, but we should seek the kingdom with the heart of a child. But what is meant to have the heart of a child? To have the heart of a child means to have qualities such as innocence, trust, love, and a teachable spirit. It reflects a simple, unwavering faith and a willingness to forgive and express love freely. They see things with a pure heart. What do the scriptures say about children? Matthew 21:16: “And Jesus saith unto them, 'Yea; have ye never read, "Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings thou hast perfected praise?”'" This is the kind of heart by which you must seek the Lord in order to enter his kingdom.

Should adults act like children (Mark 10:14-15)? In 1 Corinthians 13:11, Paul writes, "When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I put the ways of childhood behind me". This refers to giving up immaturity but not innocence. Innocent faith is what Jesus wants! From all of us, adults and children alike!
