Speaking as a person who is a member of a nondenominational church. My understanding is that we are not subscribing to any denominaton, but to being disciples of Christ. If you read your scriptures no where does it appear within the text that God, our Lord, or the Apostles & Prophets say it is the Baptist, Pentecostal, Catholics who follow Christ. Man has placed these labels on God's flock and it is cause for dissension. You will never hear argument within a nondenominational church about which is best Baptist or Pentecostal. Instead they subscribe to Christ's word and showing love to all the brethern disregarding such trivial disputes, seeing that is is the nature of the enemy to use the disputes as a method of dividing God's people from one another.
