Psalm 32:10: Many sorrows shall be to the wicked: but he that trusteth in the Lord, mercy shall compass him about. The sure mercies of the Lord God are through His Son our Lord Jesus (Joh 3:16), as revealed unto us, be it known unto you, men and brethren, through Him our Lord Jesus, is preached unto you for the forgiveness of sins. (Act 13:38) He then that trusteth in the Lord God, one who then has a thirst and comes to the Lord Jesus and drink the living water, with joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of salvation unto you. (Isa 12:3) One who then trusts the Lord God, for the mercies to compass you, one being in Christ our Lord Jesus, you are then a new creature born again. For the Spirit that descended and remained unto Him our Lord Jesus, the same is He which sent to us to be baptized with the Holy Ghost. (Joh 1:33) One then needs to be aware to build your faith and trust in the Lord, as Lord Jesus has revealed unto us through the scriptures, “Come unto Me, and drink, for out of thy belly shall then flow rivers of living water unto you." (Joh 7:37-38) One then needs to be aware not to pray unto any man-made idols you go unto to worship, for this shall be thy sorrows unto thy wickedness; therefore keep yourselves away from idols. (1 Chr 16:26/Psa 16:4/Haba 2:18-19/1 Joh 5:21) Today, for the mercies to compass around the creation of God the Father, who trusteth in Him, in the current circumstances, one who is gone astray and then goes through the storms of life needs to be aware and then to pray and confess thy transgressions unto the Lord. (Psa 32:5-6) Having the sin nature in thy blood, that strives in you, all have sinned and have come short of the glory of God. One then, now being justified by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus, whom God had set forth to be a propitiation through faith through His blood, is for the remission of sins, who cried out, "Father, forgive them." (Rom 3:23-25/Lk 23:34) For all things are of God the Father, who hath reconciled us to Himself by Jesus Christ, giving us the ministry of reconciliation. That is, God the Father being in Christ our Lord Jesus, reconciling the world unto Himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them, for He had committed unto us His Word of reconciliation. (2 Cor 5:18-19) One being given His Word of reconciliation for the mercies to compass around you, be of a humble spirit with the lowly. Answer not a fool according to their folly, who looks for name and fame, lest thou also shall be like unto them. As thine heart teacheth thy mouth, which shall then addeth learning to thine lips, and when thy ways please the Lord, He shall then make thine enemies to be peace with thee. (Pro 16:7,19,23/26:4) For the sure mercies then to compass around you today, one who then trusts in the Lord God, incline thine ear and come unto Him our Lord God, being in the right spirit, hearken to His voice, and your soul shall live, having the sure mercies given unto us as David was given. (Isa 55:3) One then looking out to have the sure mercies, given to you by God the Father, one then needs to know “Except you are born of water and of the Spirit, for out of thy belly shall then flow rivers of living water, being in repentance, for redemption, the coming days of rapture to enter the kingdom of God. (Joh 3:5/7:38/1 The 4:17) 2 Corinthians 6:16: And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? For ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.

Trusting in the Lord would mean to trust in God's vast mercy (Ps 32:10) for eternal forgiveness--He is the only One who can give it. This is truly the fullness of God. And we need it, too. Actually, we must trust the Lord alone for our salvation. Then we will be secure.
Why can't we trust ourselves? We are faliible. He is infallible. We fail. He never fails. We fall. He doesn't.
* Psalm 20:7: "Some trust in chariots, and some in horses; but we will remember the name of the Lord our God."
* Psalm 118:8: "It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in man."
* Proverbs 3:5-6: "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths."
* Isaiah 26:4: "Trust in the Lord forever, for in Yah, the Lord, is an everlasting rock."
This trust and reliance is of the essence of faith. We trust in the One and Only Savior that God has revealed. See Handley Dunelm's fine article on "Faith" on Bible.org.
Launch out, into the deep.
Oh let the shore line go.
Launch out, launch out in the ocean divine,
Out where the full tides flow.
The hymn text and refrain ("Launch out, into the deep. Oh let the shore line go...") are written by Albert B. Simpson (Albert Benjamin Simpson, 1843–1919), the founder of The Christian and Missionary Alliance. The chorus and opening lines belong to the Christian hymn titled "The Mercy of God Is an Ocean Divine" (also known simply as "Launch Out"), published around 1891.
