The peculiarity of the question is "is". Was Jesus a zombie? A normal meaningful question.

Given normal definition:
Zombie: A frightening creature that is dead who has been brought back to life, without human qualities.

The gospel portrays resurrected Jesus exhibiting behaviours contrary to this. Jesus answered the doubts of Thomas. If the resurrected Jesus was a zombie, the Romans and Jews should have recorded it.
