No, here's why.

* Isa. 14 is an often quoted passage to support the doctrine of the Devil being an angel. The problem is Isaiah was speaking of the King of Babylon (see v. 4). Isaiah borrowed imagery from ancient pagan religions that the Babylonians revered to describe the king's arrogance and downfall.

V. 16 says "..is this the MAN who made the earth tremble?.."

* Many Christians who believe Satan was an angel read say the KJV of Ezekiel 28:14 which says "you were the anointed cherub.." The problem is it doesn't say this in the original Hebrew Scriptures. The Septuagint, one of the oldest translations of the Old Testament from Hebrew to Greek, says "From the day you were created, I placed you with the cherub.." This is consistent with Gen. 3:24. Ezekiel was using imagery from Gen. 1-3 to describe the king of Tyre's arrogance and downfall.

Jesus said in John 8:44 "You [the Pharisees] are of your father the devil, and you want to do the desires of your father. He was a MURDERER from THE BEGINNING, and does not stand in the truth because there is no truth in him. Whenever he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own nature, for he is a liar and the father of lies."

This completely destroys the doctrine that the Devil was once an angel. Jesus said he was evil from the beginning of time.

Lucifer is not even a proper name. Lucifer is a Latin translation of the Hebrew word "helel" which refers to Venus or the morning star.

People who believe Satan is Lucifer have a very hard time trying to reconcile these passages. They'll say in Isa. 14, YHWH was speaking to the Devil who was controlling the kings. What they end up having is an inconsistent and twisted doctrine. According to their reasoning - V. 4 is talking about the King of Babylon, the rest is talking about Satan, then v. 15-16 is talking about the King of Babylon again. It makes absolutely no sense.
