Pray for your bf/gf/spouse. Ask God to bless your relationship and to be the center of your relationship. Do things together. Do certain things to your bf/gf/spouse that will show people that you respect him/her. If someone from the opposite sex, starts to talk to you without your partner around, keep the conversation pleasant and short.

Ask your bf/gf/spouse to to the same.

The first step to stop cheating is to get into a serious commitment with God. Re-dedicate your life to Christ and repent for the cheating(s) already done. Go to your Pastor for prayers in case you feel that you need extra prayers. Besides, never be in a secret place alone with the opposite sex whom you fancy. There is the need to avoid reading or watching films that will arouse one. Meditate on the Word and let pleasing God and your wife/husband be your innermost desires.

My opinion is that the one facing the temptation to cheat should memorize and then meditate on the following pertinent scriptures:

Romans 13:13 NASB
Let us behave properly as in the day, not in carousing and drunkenness, not in sexual promiscuity and sensuality, not in strife and jealousy.

Ephesians 5:3 KJV
But fornication and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not be once named amongst you, as becometh Saints:

1 Thessalonians 4:3-5 NIV
3 It is Gods will that you should be sanctified: that you shouldavoid sexual immorality;
4 that each of you should learn to controlyour own body in a way that is holy and
honorable,
5 not inpassionate lust like the pagans, who do not know God;

The above Bible verses I too am learning because it’s my weakness come from TMS (Navigators Topical Memory System) which may be found under ScriptureTyper.com, and you can learn them, too, and apply them to your life!
