1) Convicted that indeed you are a miserable sinner.

2) You want to run away, to change, to get out of this miserable sinful life.

3) You realized you cannot do this by yourself. No way.

4) You seek a way out of this, and you know that only the true and living God can help you. You seek to be reconciled with Him.

5) You believe that Jesus Christ is God. He came down to die on your behalf on the cross. For that is the only way sins can be atoned for. Someone must pay for the price, punishment, wrath of that you deserve. And only by the shedding of Jesus' blood on the cross, by His death, can the forgiveness of your sins be possible.

6) You believe that on the 3rd day after His death, Jesus rose from the dead. That Jesus has conquered death. That God is indeed satisfied with the atonement.

7) That by believing all these, by proclaiming all these, by putting your faith in these truths - that God may grant you the gift of faith to believe and be saved from certain damnation.

8) Call upon the name of Jesus Christ, and ask that He saves you!

9) Go to your local church and talk to the Elder/Pastor.

10) Live a holy & God pleasing life. (Not to be saved, but to proof that indeed you are saved.)

Today people are taught that they have to say the Lords prayer, be baptized, confess your sins, live a righteous life and a whole list of things to be saved. Those things are good and have their purpose, but its not what we can do but what God has already done for us. Look at the story of the thief on the cross in Luke 23:43.

"(Thief) Do you not even fear God, seeing you are under the same condemnation? "And we indeed justly, for we receive the due reward of our deeds; but this Man has done nothing wrong." Then he said to Jesus, "Lord, remember me when You come into Your kingdom." And Jesus said to him, "Assuredly, I say to you, today you will be with Me in Paradise."

In the scripture the thief didn't specifically have a crazy list of things to do before he could be saved. All he did was tell the other guy on the cross that they deserved this punishment and then asked God to remember Him. In those two sentences the thief:

1. had faith that Jesus was the Son of God,
2. had faith that Jesus could forgive sins,
3. was repentant/ accepted Jesus as his Lord/ received Him.

That's it! You can have a deep relationship with God! The most important thing to remember is what God did for us, not what we can do for Him.

Romans 10: 9-10 - 9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

1. Admit you are a sinner. That's easy.
2. Believe Jesus came was crucified for you and resurrected from the dead.
3. Confess your sins to Jesus and ask forgiveness.
4. Cry out to Him to come into your heart and make Him your Lord.

If you do that and mean it from your heart it is a done deal. You then receive the Holy Spirit and you have a new address, heaven.

My hearty congratulations for your newly found faith in God! Asking this question and wanting to be saved comes from god's mercy and you are being chosen to be loved and taken care off!

1) BELIEVE he is listening to you!

2) KNOW he is besides you.

3) Like every strong friendship flourishes, SHARE your deepest sins (share to God directly).

4)KNOW him better. Read bible regularly.
* pray for him to talk to you through Bible
* read the Bible, re-read and let your thoughts ponder
* pray that you may apply it to your daily life.

5) LIVE as the bible asks you to EVEN WHEN IT SEEMS NOT SO 'you".

6) SPEND TIME with God. Set apart 'GOD TIME' with no disturbances.

7) Maintain 'GOD AND ME ' diary. Record God's help, your lessons or just a new song your heart might sing to him and THANK him for that!

8) SING to him.. no matter how you may sound.. GOD LOVES YOU with your IMPERFECTIONS

9) ATTEND A CHURCH. Church is God in fullness, know and ask doubts about God to people who led you to christ.. Be with 'heaven minded' people.

10) God gives you both happiness to your soul and trials to purge you and make you a better person. TRUST HIM AT ALL TIMES.

GOD SAVED YOU ON THE DAY HE DIED FOR YOU.
Be born of spirit. Be baptized. Obey him. Follow him. Love him. Serve him.

Here is your TICKET TO HEAVEN:

Just say and believe this prayer, "Dear GOD I have sinned. I know I have offended you in many ways. I am so sorry. I believe that JESUS suffered and died for my sins, paid my debt in full, and rose again. JESUS, I believe in you and what you have done for me. Please save from the penalty of my sins, and give me a new birth and the power to live for you. I will now live eternally with you."
