Your question: “How many days will Satan reign during the tribulation?” Your question seems to be asking, “How long will the beast rule?” Some refer to this as the time of the false Christ or the Antichrist. He will be present during the last seven years. This is often referred to as the tribulation period, the last seven years of Daniel’s prophecy.

To be able to address your question properly, you must understand the book of Daniel. This is why Christ encouraged us to read it.

Matthew 13:24: “But when ye shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing where it ought not, (let him that readeth understand).” Daniel revealed the last seven years when you read what he was told about the seventy-week prophecy. You will see the following:

The first 69 weeks were fulfilled before Christ’s appearance. After the 69 weeks are completed, Christ would be born, crucified, and the city of Jerusalem would be destroyed.

Daniel 9:25: “And threescore and two weeks: the street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troublous times. And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off, but not for himself: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary.”

After these are accomplished, it only leaves one week to be fulfilled. This last week is referred to by many as the tribulation period spoken by many. 
This last week has not occurred yet. But we do see it unfolding in Revelation. If you read when the seventh trumpet begins to sound but doesn’t, this is where the last seven years begin. 

We witness two witnesses sent by the Lord to Jerusalem. Their mission is to remain there for the initial half of the final seven years. Once this initial period concludes, the seventh Angel will sound his trumpet. (See comment for the rest.)

Revelation 10:7: “But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God should be finished, as he hath declared to his servants the prophets.”

Then, we observe the time allocated to the two witnesses.

Revelation 11:3: “And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth."

At the conclusion of their testimony, the beast that is already present kills them and leaves their bodies lying on the street.

Revelation 11:7: “And when they shall have finished their testimony, the beast that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit shall make war against them, and shall overcome them, and kill them. And their dead bodies shall lie in the street of the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified."

Then, we witness the seventh Angel sounding his trumpet, signaling the conclusion of the initial 3.5 years of the final week, as described by Daniel.

Revelation 11:15: “And the seventh angel sounded;”

Then, we are informed that the beast continues to complete the final half of the seventieth week. 

Revelation 13:5: “And power was given unto him to continue forty and two months.”

But his reign doesn’t end here. He continues until Christ returns with his Saints. Christ casts the beast and false prophet into the Lake of Fire. (See comment for the rest.)

Regarding your question, the Beast, controlled by Satan, must first be understood. You must know when he first appears and his end. Daniel speaks of his end and when it will come. I encourage you to read Daniel; that’s where you’ll find your answer.
