...Always with humility. A human being, without the power from our Lord and Savior, might comport himself/herself with great calm in a courtyard setting, with Pontius Pilate as the prosecutor. 

But to be hanging and nailed to a cross--the ultimate rejection--and then saying, "Father, forgive them... They know not what they do." It leaves me speechless. I will contemplate His ineffable calmness, love, majesty, and infinite strength for all eternity.
