Are Christians to pay first fruits yearly or is it just the first of our increase?

Exodus 23:1 - 33

AMP - 1 YOU SHALL not repeat or raise a false report; you shall not join with the wicked to be an unrighteous witness. 2 You shall not follow a crowd to do evil; nor shall you bear witness at a trial so as to side with a multitude to pervert justice.

2nd Cor. 9:6-8 is the guide we christians have been provided for our giving.
Do it from the heart, cheerfully, as we have been prospered.
There are no percentages for giving like the OT where nearly 30 percent was given when it is all added up.
Get a bonus or a windfall - give from the heart cheerfully and God will bless you again so that you are able to continue to share God's blessings with others in need.
Who to give to... I love Galatians 6:7-10
Gal 6:7-10 MKJV
(7) Do not be deceived, God is not mocked. For whatever a man sows, that he also will reap.
(8) For he sowing to his flesh will reap corruption from the flesh. But he sowing to the Spirit will reap life everlasting from the Spirit.
(9) But we should not lose heart in well-doing, for in due season we shall reap, if we do not faint.
(10) So then as we have time, let us work good toward all, especially toward those of the household of faith.

We are to show kindness to all, not just the believers. but do remember your brothers and sisters in Christ!

We do not relate to the Lord through legalistic ways but our giving can go out in measures; as one has been prospered let them give. Jesus said with the measure you give, so shall it be given back.
First fruit is what was identified as the best of all in terms of farm produce, flock given to the Lord etc. It also involved whatever opened the womb whether animal or man.
Salary or wages comes in as your first salary, any subsequent increase. Yearly first-fruit is what is earned (as the first week of the 52 weeks) in the year, calculated as 2.5% of yearly income. This may help in the beginning of our learning to give but it should not to be made a law. God loves when we give with clean motive and as worship to him joyfully.
