Is a woman permitted to lead Bible study groups?
Most of 1 Corinthians 11 and other passages require women to remain silent.
1 Corinthians 14:1 - 40
ESV - 1 Pursue love, and earnestly desire the spiritual gifts, especially that you may prophesy. 2 For one who speaks in a tongue speaks not to men but to God; for no one understands him, but he utters mysteries in the Spirit.

If the study is only women, then obviously a woman has to lead, but normally a woman is supposed to be submissive to her husband or another godly male leader and not usurp man's role as leader as God intended.
