Ecclesiastes 2:26
NKJV - 26 For God gives wisdom and knowledge and joy to a man who is good in His sight; but to the sinner He gives the work of gathering and collecting, that he may give to him who is good before God. This also is vanity and grasping for the wind.

As we read the verse, we can see that God decides to give wisdom and knowledge to him/her who pleases God; and then, we see that sinners are given the more rudimentary and witless jobs (gathering and collecting); so what i understand through this is that the sons and daughters of God are given the necessary resources to carry productive business in a wise manner (by being effective and efficient on what they do) while those who are far from God may fall on deception/fraud and/or any sort of wrong business because they don't trust in God's word and plan for their lives. Also Matthew 13:12 makes sense in this context, as he/she who has faith will be given more, but those who wont trust God will loose what they have.
