Is there scripture that says that Jesus told his disciples to only go to Jerusalem to preach?

After their commissioning he commanded them....... Matthew 10:5 "These twelve Jesus sent forth, and commanded them, saying, Go not into the way of the Gentiles, and into any city of the Samaritans enter ye not:" Matthew 10:6 "But go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel." Matthew 10:7 "And as ye go, preach, saying, The kingdom of heaven is at hand." Matthew 10:8 "Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have received, freely give." The "kingdom gospel" was intended for the Jew only.
If the question specifically is, "Did Jesus EVER command his disciples to preach only to the Jews?" then yes...but not just in Jerusalem. Jesus told the Twelve to stay in Jerusalem after his death and wait in for the Holy Spirit. The passage JD cited (Matt 10) applies only to that particular moment of Jesus' ministry for the disciples before his death and resurrection. The preaching was similar to John the Baptisti's message: repent for the Kingdom of God is near. It was a call to turn people to God. But after the resurrection, he gave the great commission in Matt. 28:18-20 to make disciples of all nations with the complete Gospel.
