Mary, like all believers are with The Lord in Heaven. 2 Cor 5:8.

If you believe Jesus: John 11:26
And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this?

The Catholic church's position is that Mary was taken up to the heaven.
However, the Bible does not mention anything about Mary after Jesus's death. All we know is that Jesus asked his brother James and some others to take care of her and told His mother, they were her sons.

There is one more very important thing to remember, the Bible is clear about and that is that "dead no nothing".
I have no doubt that at some point Mary will have special place in heaven but for the time being her bones are buried, same as everybody else's who has died.

This is a misunderstood topic, but God's word is clear on this subject.
Let's study what the Bible has to say on this issue.

The Bible teaches that, The soul that sinneth, it shall die." Ezekiel 18:20
According to God's Word, souls do die! We are souls, and souls die. Man is mortal (Job 4:17).
Only God is immortal (1 Timothy 6:15, 16).
The concept of an undying, immortal soul goes against the Bible, which teaches that souls are subject to death.
Mary was a mortal being and therefore she will rest in the grave untill the last day, when God the Father & Jesus Christ returns.

16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. 1 Thessalonians 4: 16-17

The living know that they shall die: but the dead know not any thing, neither have they any more a reward; for the memory of them is forgotten. Also their love, and their hatred, and their envy, is now perished; neither have they any more a portion for ever in any thing that is done under the sun."
There is no work, nor device, nor knowledge, nor wisdom, in the grave, whither thou goest." Ecclesiastes 9:5, 6, 10.

"The dead praise not the Lord." Psalms 115:17

Where is Mary the Mother of Jesus Now?

The last mention of Mary mother of Jesus in Scripture is in Acts 1:14 where she listed listed among the Jerusalem believers who were gathered in a special assembly to choose a replacement of Judas Iscariot.

Even though the Scriptures do not contain a list of the names of the disciples present during the Day of Pentecost, I believe Mary was present among the believers in the Upper Room and that she was filled with the Holy Spirit and spoke with strange tongues (Acts 2:1-6).

I am further persuaded that Mary died of natural means and was buried and that she awaits the resurrection of the dead in Christ in accordance with 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18.

Meanwhile, her soul and those of other believers who preceded us are in the presence of God (2 Timothy 4:7-8).

To teach anything else beside what is expressly revealed in Scripture is heresy. Contrary to the unbiblical teachings of the Roman Catholic Church, Mary was neither sinless nor divine nor does she occupy a special seat in heaven. She never ascended to heaven in the way Christ did and neither is she presently in heaven. She therefore cannot be in a position to petition Christ on behalf of believers in heaven since this would violate Hebrews 4:14-16. 1 Timothy 2:5 says "For there is one God and one Mediator between God and men, the Man Christ Jesus"

Whether or not Mary will occupy a special seat in heaven is best left to divine resolution since Scripture nowhere reveals any special status assigned to her in heaven.
