My usual short answer is this: The question deals with the issue of knowing God; seeking God and, ultimately, finding God. If one is to know God, one has to first realize there is someone far greater than our very self! What do I mean by this? In our flesh, we are by nature self seeking and self agrandizing; meaning that our flesh is by nature extremely selfish and prideful! In order to "seek ye the Lord daily" one has to first put his or her attention / act of studying and / or meditating on God's Holy Word/hearing His Word preached/taught in order to focus on Him! The major point is to spend time daily being ever mindful of His presence.--Andy--
