Why did Jesus have to learn anything instead of already having that wisdom and knowledge given to him by God?

To show us his human side.

"Hebrews 4:15, "For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin."

He was fully man, in that He could sin. Yet, fully God. In that He had the 'sinless' blood of His Father coursing through His veins, which made Him the perfect sacrifice.

He is our example to emulate, so we should also learn by studying, 2 Timothy 2:15.
