Your question: What does it mean that Jesus will come in the clouds (Revelation 1:7)?

I looked and saw that this question was asked in 2014. I don’t know if you truly received an answer to your question except the one posted.

What you’re reading in Revelation 1 was a future prediction. Here is the full scripture.

Revelation 1: 7: “Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen.”

This scripture is fulfilled with the opening of the sixth seal.

Revelation 6:12: “And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal..."

Revelation 6:15: “And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains; And said to the mountains and rocks, 'Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb.'”

This event happens when the sixth seal is opened. All will see Christ, even those who crucified him.

Hope this answered your question after all these years.
