What does it mean in Philippians 4:11 when it says; "Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content"?

ESV - 11 Not that I am speaking of being in need, for I have learned in whatever situation I am to be content.

Paul is "persuaded" and convinced that GOD will and has supplied all his needs. (see 2Timothy 1:12). Also, the Bible says in Hebrews 13:5 to "be content with what you have. . . GOD will never leave or forsake you" The promises of GOD (to a believer) are all that are needed not to be "in need".
