Revelation 16:12 - 16
NKJV - 12 Then the sixth angel poured out his bowl on the great river Euphrates, and its water was dried up, so that the way of the kings from the east might be prepared. 13 And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs coming out of the mouth of the dragon, out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet.

When I see "unclean" or impure spirits here, I'm reminded of Jesus casting out the unclean spirits in several places of the NT. Unclean spirits are usually understood to be demons. (Matt., Mark, Luke & Acts) When the verse says they are "like frogs," I believe this to be a characteristic unlike the Holy Spirit that had the characteristics of a dove when it came down from above, upon Jesus during His baptism. (John 1:32, John 3:16) The frogs leaving the dragon's mouth could mean they are subject to that dragon (Satan) and answer to him, yet, aren't as powerful as him. (See Rev. 12:9.) The false prophet will also have these unclean spirits (Satan's workers) and so will the beast, the antichrist. (See Rev. 13:16-17)
