I think that this simply means that when we pray our attitude is just as important as how we pray. We should talk to God about everything in complete trust and faith. We should be full of thanksgiving, and peace knowing that He hears and will answer. We should always keep the communion regular and be open to whatever He tells us. May we stay focused on all that He has done, and keep ourselves daily in an attitude of gratitude. Then we carry the peace that only He can give.
