How can we know when we are straying from savings, which is wise, to accumulation, which is not wise?

My question comes from this quote: "Over and over again, the Bible warns against the accumulation of wealth and encourages us to seek spiritual riches instead." (From the ebible question titled "What does the bible say about managing your finances")

Proverbs 23:4, "Labor not to be rich..." Proverbs 23:7 "For as He thinks in his heart, so is he..." Proverbs 23:12 "Apply thine heart to instruction, and thine ears to the words of knowledge."

Matthew 6:24 "No man can serve two masters..." Matthew 6:21 "For where your treasure is there will your heart be also."

Luke 12:19-21 "And I will say to my soul, thou hast much goods laid up for many years, take thine ease, eat, drink and be merry. But God said unto him, thou fool, this night thy soul is required of thee: then whose shall those things be which thou hast provided? So he that lay up treasure for himself, and is not rich toward God."

Colossians 3:1,3 "If you then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sits on the right hand of God. For you are dead and your life is hid with Christ in God."

It is all a matter of priorities. When we are alive in The Spirit, the things of this world become secondary. God makes sure we have what we need. What we crave is more of God. When we seek that FIRSTeverything else falls into place. GOD IS GOOD ALL THE TIME. ALL THE TIME GOD IS GOOD!
