Biblically speaking, the Bible does not speak of "cloning" since it did not have anything to do with being fruitful and multiplying. To answer the question of 'would a clone have a soul 'the answer is yes. No life exists without The Lord no matter how creation comes about. Man cannot create a soul, only the Lord. We may have the knowledge to duplicate DNA, but NO ability to duplicate a soul. God gave man the ability to create life but He is the finisher and any other way of thinking only comes from the Deceiver.
