To find Sosthenes we go back to Acts 18:17. "Then all the Greeks took Sosthenes, the ruler of the synagogue, and beat him before the judgement seat. But GALLIO took no notice of these things." I would assume that Sosthenes became a follower of Paul, a brother in Christ, and assisted Paul, at least for a while.
