What an important question! In John 1: 3, All thing were made by him; and without him was not anything made that was made. This bold statement written under the Inspiration of God II Tim 3:16-17, was recorded to help us understand that there was, is, and never will be anything created except by the LORD Jesus Christ. Eph 1:22 declares that All things are under His feet! This includes all created beings.

We see in Job that Satan had to come repeatedly before God to be dispatched. According to Eze 28:12-19, Satan or Lucifer was a covering cherub until iniquity was found in him. Then he was cast from Heaven. Jesus confirmed this in Luke 10:18.

Did Jesus create the dinosaurs, according to John 1:3, Yes He did! A creature can not create anything! Only God can create. Only God's Son can create. This is something a creature simply can not do.

Be Blessed,
Lena

Lena's first paragraph answers the question biblically, the only answer we need. However, in Job 38-40 the Lord speaks directly to Job asking a series of questions that are unanswerable by human standards. Aside from the awesome wisdom and creative power of our wonderful Lord God life would not exist.

Consider that the words "God Said" are recorded 10 times in the creation account of Genesis 1 as we look at Job 40:15-24

15 Behold now behemoth, which I made with thee; he eateth grass as an ox. 16 Lo now, his strength is in his loins, and his force is in the navel of his belly. 17 He moveth his tail like a cedar: the sinews of his stones are wrapped together. 18 His bones are as strong pieces of brass; his bones are like bars of iron.

19 He is the chief of the ways of God: he that made him can make his sword to approach unto him. 20 Surely the mountains bring him forth food, where all the beasts of the field play. 21 He lieth under the shady trees, in the covert of the reed, and fens. 22 The shady trees cover him with their shadow; the willows of the brook compass him about. 23 Behold, he drinketh up a river, and hasteth not: he trusteth that he can draw up Jordan into his mouth. 24 He taketh it with his eyes: his nose pierceth through snares.
