Did Jesus have a soul before He was in human form?

If God has a soul (Leviticus 26:11, Leviticus 26:30, Isaiah 42:1, Matthew 12:18, Hebrews 10:38), does this mean the Second Person of the Trinity already had a soul/spirit before He took on His humanity?
