As far as I am aware, the Bible does not address that subject. The Bible was intended as a record of God's dealings with humanity on earth, containing all we need to know in that regard in order to fulfill God's will for us, and to have eternal life with God, as God originally intended.

However, in my personal opinion, even the Biblical truths that God created man in His image, and also became incarnate in Christ, do not necessarily preclude the possibility of other life forms elsewhere in the universe, and the relationships that God may have established with them. (Perhaps those life forms -- if they exist -- have not, or would not have, required redemption, as humans on Earth did.) But we may not (and I would say probably will not) ever know that in this life.

I think that the English Christian apologist C.S. Lewis gave a sound exposition of this subject in his essay "Religion and Rocketry", which was a section of his book "The World's Last Night and Other Essays", and which is viewable on the internet.

The late Billy Graham, a man who knew and was educated in the concept of science, didn't doubt the possibility of other created beings in the cosmos.

Billy Graham said the Bible deals, specifically, with life on this planet. As regards Christ, redeeming the human race, he didn't see a problem with that, either. Dr. Graham stated God had made provision for other life forms, should there be any.

C.S. Lewis is another good author to refer to about this concept.
