Psalm 139:16 
Your eyes saw my unformed body; all the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be.

Is the part where it say "all the days ordained for me were written in your book" not the part they would use to say they were ordained just to that time and not continue any further in life?

I'm asking this because we get still borns, we get children who see this world for just few days or even hours, while the parents and doctors have tried their utmost best and have been praying and praying for this young life. This is what is going on my mind and I'm sure I will get help with this question as an upcoming and God appointed Evangelist.
