I am not personally familiar with Cesar Castellanos, but supposedly objective third-party online reference sources (such as those that appear in a search of his name) indicate that he is an evangelist from Colombia in South America who founded what he called the G12 Vision, which reportedly calls on each of its members to bring twelve other people to Christ through prayer, teaching, support, and encouragement, modeled after the manner in which Jesus called His twelve apostles. (He is also mentioned as having been inspired in this regard by the ministry of David Yonggi Cho, pastor of the Yoido Full Gospel Church in South Korea, which, with over 1,000,000 members, is reportedly the largest Protestant Christian congregation in the world.) He has authored and self-published books, including Dream and You Will Win the World, and Successful Leadership Through the Government of 12. According to these same online reference sources, some conservative pastors in America have apparently expressed concerns about the G12 Vision, characterizing it as a prosperity gospel, or even as a cult or a pyramid scheme. Former members have also reportedly claimed negative spiritual experiences during their participation in the group. The G12 website is http://g12church.com.
Yes. Pastor Cesar Castellanos is a Christian. He is the founding servant-leader of the G12 Movement, which has been affecting lives all around the world to also get to know the Lord Jesus Christ as their Lord and Personal Savior. The G12 Movement is as simple as a worldwide network of evangelical churches that has a host of denominational affiliations bonded together by the Holy Spirit under one vision: to win souls and make disciples by spreading the Gospel to the lost world based on the Matthew 28 command of the Lord Jesus Christ.
