I would say that angels are capable of assuming human form and eating food, as Genesis 18:1-8 indicates that they did with Abraham. However, as beings who are spirit by nature, as well as immortal, I do not believe that they require or consume food (whatever its source would be) for the maintenance of a physical existence, as humans must.

The Bible speaks in Exodus 24:9-11 of Moses and the elders of Israel eating and drinking in God's presence, but they were apparently the only ones partaking food on that occasion.

Angels as spiritual beings do not eat physical food as humans do, but may eat spiritual food - of what form we do not know.

In Zeph 2:11 it says "The LORD will be terrible unto them [Moab and Ammon]: for he will famish all the gods of the earth; and men shall worship him, every one from his place, even all the isles of the heathen." In this verse the "gods" of the religions of the earth should be understood as angels of particular ranks, not true gods in the fullest sense. It is certainly true that all the "gods" and religions of that time have passed away, leaving Judaism as the lone survivor.

The interesting point is that the word "famish" is used, implying lack of food, which can result in death for humans. From this verse I conclude angels do eat the food needed to maintain their spiritual being, without which they decline in spiritual strength.
