What do I do if my friends are not believers, but I think God put me in their lives for a reason?

If you're implying by your question that you aren't sure what the reason you refer to might have been, I think that it is at least safe to say that God would want you to serve as a witness of your faith in God and your Christian love of others (if not in active evangelizing, then by your own life and conduct), so that your friends would notice that there is something "different" in a positive sense about you (such as joy and peace that your faith provides you, or by contrast to the way that "the world" views subjects) that they might then want to learn more about.

You can also pray to God to provide you insight -- either through your own thoughts, from study of the Bible, or from events in your life connected with your friends -- as to what other specific reasons He had in mind, and also to provide you with opportunities to put that insight into action.
