In my opinion, the reference to the seven spirits in Revelation does not imply that God the Holy Spirit is more than one Being, but refers to the manifestations or characteristics of the Spirit of God mentioned in Isaiah 11:2 that would (and did) mark the activity of the Holy Spirit in the life and work of the prophesied Messiah (the "shoot from the stump of Jesse" mentioned in Isaiah 11:1), and that were fulfilled during Jesus' earthly ministry. These attributes (as listed by Isaiah), aside from the Person of the Holy Spirit Himself (or the Spirit of the LORD, which is the first of the seven manifestations) consist of wisdom, understanding, counsel, power, knowledge, and the fear of the LORD.
