I would find it difficult to respond in any detail without knowing more about the context in which the numbers are seen. If the numbers can be selected or chosen by individuals, their prevalence may mean nothing more than an effort to make the number easier for other people to remember because of the repetition used. Even in general, I would hesitate to say that it would be attributable to anything more than random chance. The fact that the individual asking the question has become sensitized to these numbers may also contribute to their seeming to appear more often than they actually do. I would think that if the individual was supposed to find meaning in them (as with a message from God, for example), the individual would not be in doubt about them or their significance. There would be other related circumstances or indications that would make their purpose or meaning unmistakable. Persistence in attempting to attach significance to these occurrences in the absence of such circumstances would (it seems to me) make the individual vulnerable to the influence of pseudo-sciences such as numerology, and possibly other occult practices that the Bible expressly condemns.
At the surface maybe it means nothing. You're just having dreams like all of us. But if you think it that it could have a meaning, then get on your knees and ask God what these numbers mean. For sure He will answer you. Some numbers do have meaning in the Bible, but dreaming numbers several times, I don't think that it really means anything.
